Once you've selected your floor plan and we've reviewed your property, we can provide a more accurate estimated construction schedule. We use Buildertrend, an online builder portal, to help keep your project organized and running smoothly. Once you're under contract, you'll receive access to the portal, where you can follow your home's progress, view photos, make selections and receive weekly updates from our project managers. You'll be able to watch your dream home come to life every step of the way!

Yes! We work with preferred lenders who are familiar with new construction financing and can help you explore your financing options. Whether you're building on your own land or purchasing one of our available homes, we can connect you with a lender who can explain the available loan programs and help you get started.
